Coal is having a little set back, it appears he has a re**al prolapse, he will be seeing the vet in the morning. Additionally, with his p***s being exposed to the air, it dries and inhibits him from freely urinating. We are putting cream on it as much as we can so hopefully it will retract back up eventually.
