📢Appointment & Scheduling Update
Fresh as a Daisy is a one-on-one grooming salon. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your pet, and when an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, that time is often impossible to refill.
🌼I am currently booking approximately 3-4 weeks in advance. Clients who wish to maintain a regular grooming schedule or secure preferred appointment times are strongly encouraged to rebook before leaving.
Multi-dog households, large dogs, high-maintenance coats, and clients seeking evening or weekend appointments are especially encouraged to prebook, as these appointments require additional scheduling accommodations.
🌼Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response to calls and text messages. As a one-on-one groomer, I spend most of my day working hands-on with dogs and personally handle all scheduling and business communications.
🌼A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
Clients with repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling issues may be required to leave a deposit or prepay for future appointments.
🌼At this time, I am accepting a limited number of new clients who are interested in maintaining a consistent 4-8 week grooming schedule.
