Getting your pet Fixed & Fabulous is now more affordable at MHHS! ✨

Our income-qualified spay and neuter services are available for,
🐱 Cats: $100 total
🐶 Dogs: $200 total

Each total includes the required $25 pre-surgical exam and the spay or neuter surgery. Required vaccines are also provided at no additional cost.

The first step is scheduling a pre-surgical appointment. This program is available to New York State residents who receive qualifying public assistance.

✨ Fixed, fabulous, and more affordable! ✨

We’ve lowered the cost of our income-qualified spay and neuter services to help more pets and the people who love them access essential veterinary care.

🐱 Cats: $100 total
🐶 Dogs: $200 total

The total includes a $25 pre-surgical exam and the spay or neuter surgery. Any vaccines required before surgery are also provided at no additional cost.

This program is available to New York State residents who receive qualifying public assistance. Pets must attend a pre-surgical exam before surgery can be scheduled, and owners must agree to have their pet microchipped if they are not already.

Please note that additional fees may apply for complicating medical conditions, and we are currently unable to provide surgery for dogs weighing more than 90 pounds.

Also, For Pet's Sake Veterinary Center is holding spay/neuter clinics at its office. $50 neuters, $100 spays. Call their office to make an appointment.

**If you cannot afford the prices listed above, contact FACT - Feline Advocates Coming Together anyway (regardless of your county). A very generous donor has put them in a position to help MANY cats get spayed or neutered. They will help you!

Don't wait! There are many great opportunities to get your cat spayed/neutered at an affordable cost. Do what is best for your cat and be part of the solution to our cat overpopulation in our local communities! 😺
