One of these things is not like the other 👀

Heterochromia, or “split eyes” is a condition that occurs in 1 out of 100 dogs and is usually inhereted. Certain breeds are more prone to the condition: Siberian Huskies, Australian Shepherds, Dalmatians, and Border Collies. Generally, heterochromia is more common in dogs with dappled, merle or white coloring around their heads. Heterochromia occurs in other animals as well, such as humans, cats and horses.
