There’s a big difference between a horse that has to work for you and one that actually wants to.
At the end of the day, training isn’t just about rides, ribbons, sales, or getting through a program as quickly as possible. The horses that stay confident, willing, and consistent are usually the ones that feel understood and comfortable in their environment.
I want mine to come to me because they trust the process — not because they’re forced into it. Some horses need patience, some need structure, some need a job, and some just need time to realize they’re safe.
They’re never “just another ride” here, and I think they know that. 🤍
