Good morning Beachside!

One of our patients has decided to go exploring but may have gotten lost on her way back home 🥺.

We are asking the Beachside community to be on the lookout for Miss Kiki 🐱.
Kiki has been missing since the evening of Thursday, March 19th near Marion st and Cynthia lane. She is a light-colored tabby with a gold/tan belly. She is very loved and deeply missed by her family.
She is also microchipped.

If you have seen her, please contact the number on the poster.

And remember, if you ever find a lost or stray pet you can always bring them to BAH and we can scan for a microchip so you can help the pet find their way back home ❤️

Let's talk about dental radiographs (x-rays)
What’s REALLY hiding under your pet’s smile? 👀

One of the most valuable tools in pet dental care....dental X-rays 🦷 📸

Just like in people, most dental disease in pets happens below the gumline. An area we cannot see without the use of dental radiographs.
While a tooth may look normal and healthy on the surface, there could be issues with the root of that tooth.

Dental x-rays help the doctor see;
✔️ Bone loss
✔️ Damaged/dying tooth roots
✔️ Pockets that could hold infection

Think of dental X-rays as your pet’s behind-the-scenes smile check! 😁

Every dental procedure at BAH includes full-mouth dental radiographs. We are looking at the root of every tooth to make sure there are no current or potential issues.

If you think your pet might need a dental, or it's been a while since their last cleaning, give us a call and we can help get your pet feeling fresh and healthy, from the root of their tooth, to the tip of their tail! 🐾

Good morning beachside!

This weekend our doctor will be attending the national veterinary conference, VMX. This conference will help our doctor stay up to date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine which in turn, improves the care your pets receive.

Because of this we will be CLOSED Saturday, January 17th through Monday, January 19th and will re-open for normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20th.

To accommodate our Saturday patients, we will be OPEN on Saturday, January 24th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please know that when we are closed, our voicemails, emails and social media messages are NOT monitored.

Well, here we are...just a few days shy of the new year. The big 2026. 🥳

It has been an incredible year with many amazing adventures. We would like to take this moment to express our gratitude for the immense support from the local community. Because of your support we have been able to be there for 6,453 pets and help support several local rescues.

We know how important it is to make sure your pet is receiving the highest quality care and to place that trust in a young animal hospital means the world to us.
So thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful.

Being a part of your pet's care is both an honor and a privilege, and we look forward to providing that care for many years to come.
