We are a Non Funded/Non Subsidized 501(c)3, NO KILL, Animal Rescue. We focus on Saving Death Row, Abused, Discarded, Neglected and Medically Needy Canines. We would like to STRESS the IMPORTANCE of Spaying and Neutering ALL Pets. The Pet Over Population has gotten SO FAR OUT OF HAND that Millions are put to sleep every year because of Human GREED and Lack of Compassion.

CAN YOU HELP?! We need an immediate foster home for our beloved Tukker. Ideally, he needs to be the only dog in the home or have the ability to separate him from others.

He is approx 50lbs, crate and house trained, UTD, neutered. He is a shy dude so patience is required as well as him being double leashed with a collar and harness when taken out until he is comfortable in his foster home.

PLEASE SHARE and message us if you are able to help. This would be an immediate placement in the next 48 hours and hopefully be a 6 week or less placement. Ideally we would love for his new foster home to assist in networking him for his new home.

KOBE! 🦖

Shepsky with a sprinkle of Boxer and Bully.. this guy is all play! Kobe was born July 21, 2024 and is searching for his perfect forever home. He currently attends daycare at Bark Social Club Sarasota 3 days a week and does great - it is the perfect outlet for his puppy energy!

UTD on shots and prevention, he is currently 45ish lbs so we expect him to be a very big boy full grown.

House trained, loves other dogs of all sizes, likes kitties that tolerate him, LOVES his toys.. and paper towels! He does thrive around other dogs so a home with a companion or committed to doggy daycare would be ideal for him.

Our amazing volunteer Tara took Mr. Mylo out to explore the town, smell new air and meet new people! He thoroughly enjoyed himself and we can't thank her enough for giving him a few hours of new adventures! We have several dogs that could benefit from this...

Are you interested in a doggy day out? It usually lasts anywhere from 2-4 hours and we supply you with everything you need:
- harness and leash
- treats
- p**p bags!
- list of dog-friendly places visit and outing ideas!
- business card of the dog to hand out to potential families!
- we will have you meet and get to know your new friend to make it a successful outing!

Farmer's Market, First Friday, Weekend strolls around town, Dog Beach, Pup Cups, Dog friendly shopping and restaurants and more ... You can have a new buddy to hang with for a short period of time AND simultaneously help them find their forever people! Win Win!

SMALL DOG HIGHLIGHT!! The following are our available dogs on the smaller side:

❤️ Princess - (F) 3 yrs old, 17lbs this little lady loves to be with her people and will become your instant shadow. She gets along with other dogs and would love to become your spoiled little princess!

💙 Trubbs - (M) 4 yrs old, 18lbs, this little guy has been with us for a few years. He is the biggest snuggler and prefers to be under the covers. Lover of treats and cuddles, Trubbs is hoping to find his perfect forever home!

LEONA 💛🌼 is a golden retriever and Rottweiler mix! She's super soft, loyal and loving!! She is looking for her forever home... could that be with you? Our special girl had her very first meet and greet a few weeks aho, it went very well ❤ we hope to hear back after their vacation.. until then, we keep this girl front and center!

This gorgeous girl LOVES TO LOVE her people! Leona is on the bigger side at 80+ lbs but can still fit perfectly beside you on the couch and promises to leave you plenty of room! She gets along with other dogs and absolutely loves everyone she meets, she knows no stranger! Leona truly enjoys being your giant shadow and will keep all the monsters under the bed away!

Leona completed a 2wk board and train program and learned some basic manners and cope with being left alone by her people. She still works on these things each day but does well with structure and a schedule. Leona REALLY loves being with her people so a family that is home more than not is ideal for this girl.

Our handsome Bulldog mix 🐾 ZANE is looking for a special person! please SHARE this guy in hopes the very perfect home will see him!!!

One thing we don't do is shy away from the hard cases ... and we are hoping that there is a special person out there who will do the same for ZANE. Some dogs need certain things in their new home to help them thrive, they aren't bad dogs and are very much worth the effort. The love they return to their person is tenfold the effort put into helping them ensure they have all their needs met.

Zane is one of those dogs. Pulled from the Miami shelter in late 2020 as he was set to be euthanized. Found as a stray, Zane needs a strong owner that can be the alpha and continuously work with him on his manners. He loves his people once he warms up and is very eager to please, but he cannot live with kids but is good with most other dogs.

He is a bulldog mix, about 4.5-5 years old, 75-80lbs depending on the camera angle and ready to find his person! He is VERY WORTH IT, he just needs a little bit of work ... dont we all?!

Oh Tukker, we promise your people are out there and we will keep looking for them! This handsome man has been in rescue since early 2023 .. thats right, he has been with us in foster for OVER A YEAR! In that time, only two people have even inquired about him ... how can that be? He doesn't fall under the "bully breed" or "black dog syndrome" he loves other dogs and kids, he lives every day to play with his toys and lay in the sun ... so why have we only had TWO inquiries? Tukker has completed a two-week board and train program with TrainPro in Bradenton, FL, is UTD on his vaccines, microchipped and neutered ... all he needs is his new family! Fostered in Sarasota, FL, meet and greets can be set up through his foster mom. Tukker is nervous meeting new people, he will not beg for attention at first so a patient home where they will give him time to open up is his ideal situation. Tukker is around 1.5-2 years old, mixed breed (honestly we have no clue, he's an odd one) weighs around 50lbs, is athletic in that he likes to go outside to run, bring you toys etc., very food and treat motivated. Are you the lucky winner? We are picking now! Tune in and thanks for helping Joan Crawford. After being abandoned and neglected she was found on the streets of Tampa as a stray. Suffering from multiple medical issues, including but not limited too, several mammory tumors, flea infestation, skin and ear infections, extremely overgrown nails that were almost 2" long and curling, her coat matted to the skin and she was found to have masking tape wrapped around her neck. Her much needed medical care & surgery will make her life so much better. #adoptdontshop

Our boy Tukker is still searching for his forever home … can you believe he’s never had even ONE application?! Why??! He’s a stunning snow white with the slightest of brown on his ears. Cute as a button! Meets you every day after work and first thing when you wake up with his toy choosing, whole body wiggling just so excited to be back in your presence. Tukker has been in foster for a year this month … A YEAR!!!
