Our dog grooming process involves brushing and cutting the fur, clipping nails, cleaning ears, bathing, drying and finally styling the fur.

Days like today make me feel like a hero for real… sometimes this kind of work breaks my heart and I really used to get mad at customers because it’s like how do you let a dog get in this shape .. but a good friend of mine told me if they’re bringing the dog to you. They’re trying to help it so once I’m always done I tell the people and now you have a groomer there’s no reason your dog should never look like that again and if I come back and the dog looks like this, I’m kidnapping the dog … but yes, I feel I changed that dog‘s life even if it’s just for today I love helping my pups
