⛑️🐾TODAY IS NATIONAL PET DISASTER PREPAREDNESS DAY!🐾⛑️

Your pets are apart of your family and they are extremely dependent on YOU especially during emergency situations. Make sure they are included in your disaster/emergency plans!

🏠 Do they have a safe place to stay with someone to care for them if you are away? Or can they come with you?
🍗 Do you have enough food/water to last at least a week?
🅱️ Back up options for shelter, care, etc.?
🪪 Is your pet microchipped?
💊 Necessities such as thunder jackets, warm coat, medications, calming treats, first aid, etc.?

⭐️Lots of mental and physical activities for your pup!⭐️

Sniffing walks are a great way to provide mental enrichment as well as physical exercise for your dog!
Things to remember:
🌊 Plenty of water and a bowl for them to drink from!
🍽️ Food if you plan to be out during feeding times!
🦮The proper harness/leash for your dog!
🦴Treats to reward good behavior and take advantage of training opportunities!
🩹First aid items/kit for both you and your dog in case of emergency’s or minor cuts!
