My dog momma heart is beyond full of emotions! My very first Penny litter turned a year old 🥹
It's crazy to think a WHOLE year ago I was sobbing happy tears over the healthy delivery of these pups. I was beyond stressed while Penny was in surgery for her c-section, I barely slept. I cried the whole drive home just staring at the puppies. (Don't worry, I didn't drive home. That's dangerous 😂)
It's been a blessing to be able to hold two of these babies close to home! (one a little too close... Snickers 😶) The updates have been incredible!
My heart aches for their daddy who passed this year. ❤️ I'm sure he's watching over these babies and hanging with his son Nash who passed last year from an accident. 🥺
If I could shrink all these babies to puppies again and give them one last snuggle before traveling across the country to deliver them I would!
If you tried to tell me a year ago one sleepless night would turn into a summer filled with 32 puppies, countless memories, life changing trips and people met, I'd tell you you're crazy.
But that was my reality what only feels like a few short months ago.
Genuinely beyond grateful for everyone's love and support! Those who have a pup of ours or just follow for the fun! You make it worth it. If you know, breeding isn't for the faint of heart. It's hard work and dedication with a lot of love poured over top. ❤️
