🚫 Why We Don’t Recommend Retractable Leashes – Especially at the Vet! 🚫

We know retractable leashes can be convenient, but for everyone’s safety, we ask that you do not use them when bringing your pet into the hospital.

Here’s why:
🐾 Retractable leashes offer less control, making it harder to keep your pet close in busy or unpredictable environments.
🐾 Other animals in the lobby may be fearful or reactive, and unexpected greetings can cause stress—or even injury.
🐾 These leashes can also pose a tripping hazard to other clients and staff.

For the safety of your pet, other animals, and our team, we strongly recommend using a fixed-length (non-retractable) leash during all visits. Thank you for helping us create a calm, safe space for everyone!

Our first CSR highlight of the week is Jordan! 🌻
Jordan has been with us for 3 years and is our CSR supervisor. When she is not working, she is spending quality time with her boyfriend and dogs at home and taking care of her 2 horses.
