Meet Our New Hospital Manager! 🐾

Please join us in welcoming Jess as the new Hospital Manager at Rocky River Animal Hospital! 🎉

With a lifelong love for animals and a strong passion for veterinary medicine, Jess is excited to bring her experience, leadership, and dedication to our hospital and the community we serve.

Originally from Texas and raised as an Army brat, Jess has always embraced new experiences, new communities, and the importance of treating people—and their pets—with compassion and respect. She has a particular passion for animal welfare and rescue, and believes that exceptional veterinary care starts with creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.

In her new role, Jess will be focused on supporting our incredible veterinary team, strengthening the client experience, and helping Rocky River Animal Hospital continue to provide compassionate, high-quality care to the dogs and cats who mean so much to our families.

Outside of the hospital, you’ll likely find her outdoors hiking and adventuring with her Golden Retrievers, spending time with her cats or fosters, volunteering at a local APL, discovering new places, or enjoying a good meal.

She is thrilled to become part of the Rocky River Animal Hospital family and looks forward to getting to know our clients, patients, and community!

🐾☀️ **Bark at the Park was PAW-some!** 🐶💙

We had such a great time supporting **City Dogs of Cleveland** at BayArts’ Bark at the Park! We met tons of adorable pups, wonderful pet parents, and even bumped into some familiar faces! 🥰

Our favorite surprise? Seeing our sweet patient **Shaun the Golden Retriever** and capturing that BIG Golden smile while he soaked up some love from his favorite vet team! 🐕📸💕

We LOVE being part of our community and can’t wait for the next adventure! 🐾

🐾☀️ **What a PAW-some Sunday!** ☀️🐾

We had the best time supporting City Dogs Cleveland at BAYarts Bark at the Park yesterday! 🐶💙

We loved spending the day meeting so many adorable pups and their amazing humans while enjoying all the fun treats, fabulous fur-baby goodies, wagging tails, and good vibes throughout the park! 🦴🛍️🐕✨

We got to meet lots of new faces (and hopefully some future patients! 😉), while also running into a few familiar furry friends. And speaking of familiar faces… look who we spotted! 👀💕

Our sweet patient **Shaun the Golden Retriever** stopped by to soak up some love from his favorite veterinary team—and naturally, we had to capture that **PAW-fect smile!** 🥰📸

We are so grateful for opportunities like this to get out into our community, meet our wonderful neighbors, and spend time with the pets who make our days so much brighter. We can’t wait to see where our next adventure takes us! 🐾
