🐾 Furbaby Friday Spotlight: Clove, Saffron & Turmeric! 🐾

This week’s spotlight features three adorable kittens from Grim Reaper Rescue & Reprieve — Clove, Saffron, and Turmeric!

These cuties recently came in for their kitten exams and are off to a healthy start, having received their first round of vaccines. In the photo, you can see them all cuddled up and snoozing together — a trio of pure kitten sweetness!

🌸 Clove – Sweet and curious, loves playtime and post-toy cuddles.
☀️ Saffron – Adventurous and charming, always first to explore.
🌞 Turmeric – Gentle giant, happiest in sunbeams and with belly rubs.

Today we’re giving a little extra love to our scaly friends. From tiny geckos to mighty iguanas, lizards come in an incredible variety of shapes, colors, and personalities! 🌿

While we do not see reptiles here at West Park Animal Hospital, we still love celebrating them and encouraging proper care for these fascinating creatures.

Lizards can make unique and rewarding pets, but they require very specific diets, habitats, and lighting to thrive. If you’re considering adding one to your family, be sure to do your research and find a reptile-savvy veterinarian.

Just like people, our pets rely on vaccines to stay healthy and protected from serious – and sometimes deadly – diseases. 💉
