Ridge’s Rescue is a volunteer-run and foster-based organization committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming domestic companion animals primarily within the Rochester area. We provide a safe and secure refuge in a home environment for abused, unwanted, and neglected animals while they receive support for any medical or behavioral needs before being adopted. We advocate for and promote aware

ness in our community about animal safety and the importance of spaying and neutering household pets.

We know there's someone out there for Vera! Please share and help find her her fureverhome.

💥This stunning approximately 8/9-year-old female is searching for a home of her own. Vera has been with Ridge’s Rescue since 5/8/2023. She is officially the longest foster available for adoption.💥

NEED TO KNOW:
🐾Vera is dog selective, she can get along with certain dogs, but would prefer to be an only dog. No dog parks for this lady!
🐾Vera is currently taking Gabapentin & a joint supplement to help with her older lady aches and pains(3 month supply of both meds come with her adoption)
🐾Vera is a grown ass adult. She is potty trained, knows a lot of basic commands, sticks close to her person, and is not destructive in the home. Due to some past trauma, a crate is not an option for her!
🐾Vera has proven to be very good with well taught and appropriate children over the age of 7. She has met younger children but only in short stints and due to her size they are not recommended (she has no special awareness)
🐾Vera is a larger lady weighing around 70lb, she is up to date on shots and microchipped.
🐾Vera can be found in the summer-time soaking up her vitamin D and sneaking marshmallows from the bag by the firepit

Ridge's Rescue is seeking more foster caregivers to open their homes to dogs; You provide the place to crash and some love for a pup needing help, we provide everything else.

❓Are you a Trivia Genius?❓️

Join us and Rochester Pub Trivia at the Union Tavern Seabreeze for an afternoon of HOT Wings & Trivia!!

Where: The Union Tavern
When: July 22, starting at 5pm.

How it works:
🥵There will be multiple rounds of trivia🥵
🍗Guests will be sat in tables of 4 and questions will be asked right after you eat your wing.🍗
❓️Get your question right, you get a chip signifying your correct answer❓️
⁉️At the end of the rounds chips will be counted, if there is a tie, there will be a tiebreaker wicked heat wing and question⁉️
💰Cash Prizes for 1st & 2nd place and a prize for 3rd place.💰
Rochester Pub Trivia has tie breakers and other surprises planned!
