I found this old video of Isabella getting her bath and blow-dry, and now I see EXACTLY where Tunechi gets his attitude toward the dryer from! 😭😂

If y’all remember Tunechi trying to catch the air during his grooming session, well, apparently he inherited that from his mama! Isabella was NOT having it either! 💨🤣

Some things really do run in the family! Like mother, like son! 🖤🤎🐾

🐾🤎 BEFORE & AFTER: BROWNIE! ✂️

Meet Brownie, officially the smallest pup I’ve groomed so far, weighing in at just 7 pounds! 😂🤏🏽 She was so tiny!

Brownie came in pretty anxious, and I learned she hasn’t had the best experiences with men. Apparently, she tends to hide or get a little snappy when she’s uncomfortable. So naturally, I wanted to take my time and let her get familiar with me.

To my surprise, she warmed up almost immediately! 🥹 She was so loving and calm throughout her grooming that even her owner was shocked when she came to pick her up! 😂🙌🏽

This is exactly why I put so much emphasis on patience and building trust with every dog that comes through my doors. Sometimes it’s not just about the haircut. It’s about helping a pup feel comfortable enough to let their guard down.

Brownie came in a little nervous and left looking fresh with a new friend! 🐶💕 Welcome to the All Things Dogs family, little mama!

🐾🖤🤎 (P)UPDATE: KAIDO!

Man, look at my boy Kaido growing up! 😂🙌🏽 He’s already pushing 38 lbs, losing those puppy teeth, and apparently testing everybody’s patience along the way! 😂

His family sent over an amazing update, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s making. He’s already mastered several commands, including sit, down, wait, rollover, leave it, and heel! They’re continuing to work on distractions, socialization, and building his manners. He even had a little dental emergency after breaking a baby tooth playing tug, but thankfully his vet got him taken care of and he’s doing great!

What I love most is seeing how much effort his family is putting into raising him. Daily walks, consistent training, plenty of socialization, and of course a little spoiling along the way. 😂🤎

These are the updates I LIVE for as a breeder. Watching the puppies I helped bring into this world grow into their personalities and become such an important part of their families never gets old.

Keep growing and making us proud, Kaido! 🐾💪🏽

What are the odds?! 😂🐾 TWO Rileys, back to back, and their owners are best friends! 🤣🤎

Meet Riley #2! 🐶✂️ From BEFORE ➡️ DURING ➡️ AFTER, this little guy needed some extra attention, especially with the matting around his chest and front legs. Took our time, worked through it, and saved that beautiful coat! 🙌🏽💪🏽

Now look at my boy! Fresh, fluffy, and looking like a whole new pup! 😎🔥

Meet Bear! 🐻🤎🐾

This handsome boy came in with some serious matting underneath all that fluff! 😂✂️ He had a little attitude and needed a few breaks, but with some patience, a walk, and a little TLC, we got the job done! 🙌🏽

Managed to save that beautiful coat, and man, is his fur soft and plush! 🤩 Looking forward to seeing Bear again and building that trust one groom at a time!

Everybody meet Riley! 🐾🤎 New client and from the looks of it, a new friend of ours at All Things Dogs! 🙌🏽

Riley came in needing some serious TLC. Irritated skin, fleas crawling throughout his coat, some pretty bad matting, p**p stuck in places it had no business being 🤣 and some of the thickest eye boogers I’ve dealt with yet!
No judgment over here though! I’m just glad I had the opportunity to get this little guy cleaned up, comfortable, and looking like himself again without having to shave him completely down and start from scratch. Now Riley definitely gave me a run for my money! 😂 He was a little feisty and wasn’t always cooperative, but I wouldn’t call him a bad dog at all. As we worked through the grooming, he slowly started realizing nobody was there to hurt him, and his behavior got better as we went along. That’s the part I love most. Building that trust!
This was definitely one of my more challenging grooms, but seeing how happy his owner was with the results made every bit of it worth it! 💪🏽🤎

Another one of our boys is officially off to his forever home! 🐾🏡🤎

Our boy Odin has found his new family with Sophie and Jay! 🙌🏽 Couldn’t be happier knowing he’s going to a home where he’ll be loved and cared for. It’s always bittersweet watching these pups leave, but seeing them start their next chapter makes it all worth it.

Thank you both for trusting ROC NY Rotties | All Things Dogs and welcoming one of our boys into your family! Can’t wait to watch Odin grow into the big boy he’s destined to be! 💪🏽🐶

A little one on one time with mom for Thor 🐾❤️ Outside of the training and socializing I do with the puppies, I believe spending individual time with their mother is important too. It gives them an opportunity to learn boundaries, pick up on natural canine behavior and build confidence through interactions with her. Thor also got some outdoor time to work on his potty training. Sometimes mom can teach them things we simply can’t! 🐶💪🏾
