Barn For Lease!
We have a 9 stall shedrow barn with turnouts available for lease in a beautiful and shaded park-like setting at our Hunter/Jumper facility located in Rescue, CA 45 min from Sacramento.
This is a great opportunity for both private owners with their own string or trainers! The stalls are 12x12 and have turnouts off the back with personal tack lockers. You will also have your own private tack room and matted cross ties and wash rack. There is room to bring panels to create your own round pen or extra turnouts. Amenities include a shared acre sized arena with GGT footing and a sprinkler system and light trails around the property. We are also a short 20 min trailer ride away from a trailhead with access to thousands of acres of trails. We are open to any disciplines. We would also consider leasing out a few dry stalls depending on the case but would prefer to lease out the entire barn. This is a self care situation, you clean and feed and bring your own feed, supplies and help. We also have a few covered pipe pens available for an additional cost.
You must carry your own liability insurance.
