TLC for Pets Veterinary Hospital TLC for Pets Veterinary Hospital has been serving the Baltimore area since 1996. Dr. Mitchell Lucas is our full time vet and founder of TLC for Pets.

TLC for Pets is a small personalized high quality veterinary practice in Reisterstown, MD. Dr. Lucas graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1986 and began practicing in the Baltimore area in 1987. Our veterinarians have many years of experience with many different types of pets and problems. Some of those areas include:
