Recent studies show that while it might be common for first-time cat owners to bring their pets to the veterinarian once, regular visits fade afterwards. National Take Your Cat to the Vet Day on August 22nd promotes a healthy habit of pet owners keeping up with their catโ€™s well-being with recurring veterinarian visits.

Hip dysplasia is most common in large breed dogs, and occurs when there is abnormal development or growth of the hips. It essentially means that there is a poor fit between the ball and socket of a hip, and this issue can lead to arthritis. If your dog is diagnosed with hip dysplasia, there are a variety of treatment options available surgically, such as a triple pelvic osteotomy, Femoral Head/Neck Ostectomy (FHO), or total hip replacement. Non-surgical options include management of the arthritis pain with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, joint supplements, fish oil, acupuncture, or laser therapy. Contact us to learn more about how we can treat your dog's hip dysplasia. https://bit.ly/3HkhlA2
