My little scrotal soldier is so brave. I love watching Fabio explore his environment even though he’s completely blind.

Dare I say he’s ?

I hadn’t met this neighbor before so I let Fabio bump around his yard while we got to know him. In hindsight this must have been a bizarre encounter for him. Maybe I should set folks’ minds at ease by letting them know I’m aware that Fabio is a bit unusual looking. All I told him was that Fabio is a Pekingese we rescued. 😅

Whoever doesn’t think dogs should be treated like children has never seen a group of dogs enjoying an egg hunt. Do the egg hunt! They’ll appreciate it.

*Note- these dogs know each other. I would never suggest having a group of dogs around food if you don’t know how they interact. All these dogs are willing to put up with Jaqweenie’s assholery except new guy Steve so I just have to make sure Jaqweenie isn’t a jerk to him and we’re good.

Jaqweenie is feeling pleased as he’s wearing the bow tie he literally took off the neck of another dog. I complimented the dog’s bow tie and his people gave it to Jaqweenie! in full effect!

It’s Orson’s day ya freaks! The wiggle wand is out in full force for ! 🪄 Orson did a great job on his Orson Only Run today and didn’t even scream at any trucks! He’s wearing his tennis shoes bandana for his run because Orson is sporty.

Bonus A**s Eyes pictures because I know you all don’t like to go too long without seeing Ol’ S***t McGoat. The last picture shows why Fabio often only has one tooth showing. His right tooth (our left) is set further back than the other one. I don’t think it would stick out at all, except the top of his jaw on that side has dissolved a bit giving that tooth room to poke out. Please appreciate how yellow that one tooth is!

I’m sick of him shoving his long body in our faces. We get it. Your body is banging. It’s awfully easy to preach about body positivity when your body looks like this.

Looking at these pictures, it reminds me of when my high school buddy went through a phase of talking about how hot her body was. She compared herself to a J.Crew swimsuit model. As a normal teenager with insecurities, I got sick of hearing about it. But if you’re reading this, you were indeed a babe. 🔥

Swipe for a secret to be revealed! This little murder mutt has been hanging out with us for the past 3 weeks. Bauer has some resource guarding issues and has a few bites under his belt so he needed a safe place to stay while we sorted him out.

The good news is that Bauer has been assessed by a few trainers and they agree that he’s a great dog who can be trained.

Bauer loves:
-Walkies
-Belly Rubs
-Cats
-Chicken jerky because our boy has a sensitive tummy

Bauer hates:
-when people take his things! 😖
-some other dogs

We haven’t had any issues with Bauer, so I think he’s going to be a wonderful dog for someone after his training, as long as his adopter follows his trainer’s advice. Bauer hasn’t been allowed to interact with our dogs because I want to be very careful to not put him in a position in which he might do something we’d all regret. That being said the muzzle is just an extra safety precaution. I feel so much more comfortable with him wearing it on walks. The other day I was walking him and someone’s off leash dog came running up to us. I was able to quickly pick Bauer up without worrying that I might startle him and get bitten.

In a week Bauer will start a month long Board and Train with Javier at . Shout out to Javier for giving Bauer 4 weeks of training for the price of 3! Providing this kind of care for our fosters is quite pricey but it’s really important to do our best by the dogs in our care.

After Bauer’s board and train he’s going to some wonderful fosters. Assuming he continues to do well, Bauer should be available for adoption after he’s been with his new fosters for a few weeks. Keep your eyes peeled because Bauer should be available for adoption from in about 6 weeks.

Nothing beats being the chosen dog to go on errands with mom. Please appreciate his wiggle wand in the second picture!

I love that my pharmacy allows dogs. When businesses allow pets it helps me be a better dog owner. Dogs aren’t meant to be kept at home like a fish. They deserve to go places! 💕

Jaqweenie is still suffering from a dirt scab. I can’t clean it because the dirt is integral to the scab.
