Heather Ridge Farm – Season Finale Recap 🎄🐴✨

Heather Ridge Farm closed out the 2025 season with a truly wonderful final show. The weather gave us a welcome break from its briskness, and the day was filled with smiles, Christmas music, happy horses, and the joy of celebrating end‑of‑season awards.

Sideline Judging Opportunity!!

I am organizing a sideline judging opportunity at the WDAFL Annual show on 1/11/26 at the Florida Horse Park with Lynn Newton as the mentor.

There are a few spots open for applicants and ‘r’ judges needing Level 2 and up rides. This show historically has rides up to Level 5!

We will have a basic coffee set-up to help keep you warm!

We will be using the old eventing tests! Not the new ones that became effective December 1, 2025.

Beginner Novice = 2022 BN Test A & B

- Please park on the edge of the XC field, but social distance yourselves.

📣 Show Update – December 10th 📣

We are excited to move forward with our show on Wednesday, December 10th!

After consulting with our vets, there have been no new updates regarding the EHV-1 virus.

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you:
- Practice social distancing with your horses
- Avoid touching horses that don’t belong to you
- Do not share water buckets with unfamiliar horses

📝 Entries close on December 3rd. Www.heatherridgefarm.org

If you entered for the postponed November 26th show, please complete the new entry form to let us know if you’d like to transfer or cancel your entry.

I believe refunds have been issued to those who requested them, but if I missed anyone, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

✨ We’ll also be celebrating with our year-end awards, making this a special day for our community.
We look forward to seeing you, and we completely understand if you choose not to show this time.
