🎃Good Evening!🎃

I can’t express how awesome today was. The show truly embodied a joyful atmosphere—so much laughter, so much heart. Laughter is healing. It fills your soul. Seeing all the fun costumes, the cheers for riders and teams, and the love for our horses made it all worth it.

Huge love to our Silver Leaf Ladies for their spread of Cozy Comforts for Your Cup—the perfect touch for a brisk day. And to HRF Rita, thank you for mastering the coffee machine and keeping those cups full and our spectators’ hands warm!

To our judges and volunteers—we couldn’t make these shows happen without you. We rely on our judges for their guidance and expertise, and our volunteers are the heartbeat of the day. From scribing, ring stewarding, scoring, and running scores, to all the impromptu helpers who step up when it matters most—thank you for keeping the show flowing with grace and grit.

Shawn and Jason Jackson, your hard work capturing special moments means the world. Thank you for helping us preserve the magic. September pictures are now available.

Toy’s Tastie Thai, thank you for bringing your delicious food to the farm and keeping everyone’s bellies full and happy.

HRF Ulrike, thank you for the Halloween candy—it brought smiles to so many faces! And Cassidy, your fun stickers were such a hit at check-in—what a joyful touch!

Hi All!
Just a quick note to remind you that our TREC Obstacle and COP challenge dates are approaching.
September 13 registration begins at 8:30am, guided schooling begins at 9am, 11:30am 30 minute lunch break, 12pm fun competition to see what you learned!
We will work on controlling your walk and canter pacing and a variety of TREC obstacles.

October 18 registration begins at 8:30am, schooling at 9am, fun competition at 11am
Fee for each event $30 juniors, $45 adult members, $55 non members

🎃🐴 **10/25/25 Horse Show Update – Let’s Ride Into Fun!** 🐴🎃

**Entries close TOMORROW at NOON!** Don’t miss your chance to join us for a day of showing, playing, and celebrating our amazing community.

👗 **Costumes encouraged all day!** 👗
We’ll wrap up with a special **Costume Class** at the end of the show—perfect for those extra embellishments that might not be show-ring friendly. Just remember: proper footwear is required if you're showing!

- **Rail classes, games, and Costume Class** to finish the day with FUN

🌟Show update🌟

Hi Everyone!

We’re excited to welcome you tomorrow! Please take a moment to review these key updates:

1️⃣ Judges & Arenas

Large Arena: Christine Phipps
Small Arena: Kris Hamilton
We’ll be using both sandclay arenas for competition to help reduce dust from warm-up being in the large sandclay arena. The big grass field and grass arena will serve as warm-up zones. We’ve also added extra salt to help retain moisture in the sandaly arenas.
2️⃣ Dressage & Jumping Schedule

Tests:
GAG = Intro B
Starter = Starter
BN = BN Test A
Nov = Novice Test A
Please aim to complete your jumping within 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes of your scheduled dressage time.
3️⃣ Arena Assignments Double-check whether you’re in the large or small arena. If your ride time overlaps with games, we’ll coordinate to make sure everything runs smoothly.

4️⃣ Course Maps Apologies for the earlier oversight — course maps are now attached below!

5️⃣ Lunch & Hydration Enjoy complimentary soup made by Kris Hamilton 🍲
Water will be available, but please bring extra — it’s going to be warm, so stay hydrated!

6️⃣ Points Update We’re working hard to finalize points from the August show and Sandhills Western Show. Stay tuned!

7️⃣ Scratches Policy

Day-of scratches: Full fees still apply
Scratches before midnight tonight: $25 fee per class
