💖🎀 Happy Belated Birthday to Fairland 🎀💖
After years of trick riding and Roman riding because apparently normal riding was never exciting enough, Fairland has decided to “retire” into safer hobbies… like jumping and attempting western dressage on an ex-rodeo bronc horse. Naturally. ✨
Somewhere between running Freedom Farm, fixing broken things, saving horses, solving everyone else’s problems, and surviving what feels like a weekly episode of Naked & Afraid: Farm Edition, she occasionally remembers she’s supposed to take riding lessons too 💅🏼🐴
Most lesson days involve Fairland arriving approximately 14 seconds before ride time, one boot half on (or sometimes barefoot), while Valerie quietly wonders how this woman has survived this long… let alone stays on a horse 💀🎀
To be fair, Valerie also gets most of her horse desensitizing advice from Fairland… which explains why the training methods occasionally look less “classical” and more “survive and adapt” 🤠✨
And yet somehow, against all odds, they still manage to make the horse go around and occasionally even in the correct direction, balanced, and looking suspiciously competent ✨🩷
