🌿 Relax at LCR with Sherry Holzerman 🌿
Add some self care into that busy routine of yours, set mindful intentions for the future, and unwind while you recenter yourself! Put those phones on do not disturb and partake in this group sound bath for an immersive relaxing experience. 🔕
☮️ WHEN: 12/28, starts at 2PM (this will be 60-75-minutes long depending on number of participants attending). Please come a few minutes early for check-in. LIMIT OF 10 SPOTS PER SESSION AND PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
☮️ WHERE: LCR 2nd Floor of Indoor Arena Building at 9 Beck Rd. Quakertown, PA
☮️ COST: $30 per person, payments can be made either by cash directly to Sherry at the door or through Venmo -Holzerman-1. 50% of proceeds will be donated to LCR! Please email Sherry at [email protected] for Pre-registration forms or via text at 267-897-3007 with any questions. **Not recommended for people with pacemakers, defibrillators, or metal implants, women that are a high-risk pregnancy or anyone that has a recent concussive head injury or seizures. Caution for those that are highly sensitive to sounds (wear ear plugs) or who wear hearing aids (remove or turn off) -Please consult your physician prior to attending an immersive sound event.
☮️ BRING: Blanket, cushion, pillow or mat to sit or lay on and a bottle of water. You may bring your own zero-gravity lounge chair for your comfort. Additional seating options will be available for your use if needed.
🪷 Note from Sherry: Participants will have the opportunity to build your own chakra crystal kit. At the beginning of each session that you attend I will check your chakras with a pendulum and you may choose 1 crystal of your choice to start building your kit. You will then set your intention for the session to “release” after the chakra affirmation portion. Prior to starting I will get everyone grounded, using the sacred Om tuning fork, give an opening introduction & protection statement to set the session up for the cleansing & balancing of the chakras in order one-by-one by sounding each crystal bowl with the use of 3 spoken affirmation statements that are repeated in unison for each chakra to put into place. Followed by a playing of all the different instruments for meditation & reflection. I will use different vibrational sound instruments such as crystal & metal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, chimes, gong, drums, rattles, and tuning forks. By participating in this Sound bath, it may help to create deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, cleanse, balance & reset the chakras, reduce pain, and improve sleep. Given that sound moves energy, the frequencies allow for the opportunity to open up and let go of what may be held on a physical, mental, or emotional level, all within a safe and nurturing environment.
