Our vaccine event is set up at the Mercer County Fair - West Virginia! We are set up before the admission table so you don’t have to pay admission! Park anywhere in the grass.

If your pet has previous vaccination records, please bring them with you! 🌸🐾

Update on our next charitable vaccine event that will be at the Mercer County Fair - West Virginia to benefit the Mercer County Humane Society! Due to weekend admission fees to get into the fair, we have decided to set up on July 31st due to 8am-12pm being free admission into the fair.

All proceeds made from vaccinations will go to the Mercer County Humane Society.

We will be doing the following vaccinations:
Rabies $6
DAPP $14
FVRCP $14
*while supplies last

HomeAgain Microchipping will also be offered for $50

We will be doing a raffle for a free exam with a free nail trim, and $50 credit to use for future visits.
🎟️ $2 per ticket

🐾 Even if your pet can't make it, we will be set up 8am-4pm with fun small games for a chance to win some Sakura Swag like leashes and collapsable lids for pet food cans. We will also have Pet Odor Exterminator products for sale!

We will be hosting a charitable vaccine event benefiting the Mercer County Humane Society! We will be set up at the Mercer County Fair - West Virginia August 1st, offering rabies and annual vaccines. All proceeds made from the rabies vaccines will go to the Mercer County Humane Society! 🌸

Just like us, pets need plenty of fresh water to stay happy and healthy! Here are some tips to help your pets beat the heat and stay hydrated!

- Feed water-rich treats such as seedless watermelon and cucumbers 🥒🍉
- Offer ice cubes 🧊
- Use water fountain bowls to provide fresh, flowing water💧
- Entice picky drinkers by adding low sodium beef or chicken bone broth to their water or regular meals 🦴
- Make homemade Pupsicles with plain greek yogurt, pet safe fruits, peanut butter (xylitol free) and pumpkin puree 🐶

Proper hydration supports organ health, aids digestion, regulates body temperature and helps keep your pet feeling their best. During these hot summer days pets can become dehydrated more quickly, especially after spending time outdoors being active.

Make sure your pet always has access to clean, fresh water and keep an eye out for signs of dehydration such as excessive panting, dry gums, lethargy, sunken eyes, or loss of skin elasticity. If you notice any of these signs, contact your veterinarian right away. 🌸🐾

We offer Coggins Testing which is an important screening test and helps meet travel requirements!

🐾 Everyone meet Blue! The first photo taken with Dr. Lester at our Rabies event back in April. Fast forward to today and now Mr. Blue is 32lbs and all legs and ears! It's so nice to see our patients back and watch them grow! 🐾
