💚We’re gearing up for SPIDERFEST 2026!👏🏻
SpiderFest is a gathering of folks who love all things invertebrates — tarantulas, spiders, isopods, roaches, centipedes, scorpions, and more! It’s a time to hang out with super cool, like-minded people and browse a huge selection of invertebrates from ethical and captive breeders INSIDE The Tarantula Collective studio!

It’s our favorite show of the year and this one is gonna be GREAT! We’ll be bringing a HUGE selection of captive bred tarantulas, spiders, roaches, a selection of enclosures, supplies, and MORE!

Mantises are out and about right now looking for love!
If you run across one, have no fear! They are harmless, unless you’re a male mantis, that is😳they are great to have in the garden as they love to feed on all types of garden ‘pests’.

I just love seeing these super funky little ‘alien’ dudes — ‘bugs’ are awesome! Stay curious yall, stay WEIRD!👌🏻

‼️🩵Heads up, we are CLOSED 8/8🩵‼️
We will be closed at the shop this Saturday August 8th, but you can find us and all of our tie dyes at Weathered Ground Brewery in Cool Ridge celebrating their NINE YEAR anniversary!🍻

Weathered Ground will always hold a special place in our hearts — it was the place we set up for the very first time, and where we got SO much love and support that propelled us to where we are today. This isn’t a coincidence — Weathered Ground is a meeting place of some of the most intelligent, creative, and genuine people you’ll ever meet. Not to mention they are a local business themselves, always striving for the best!

We will be set up Saturday with all of our hand tied dyes, tshirts, jumpers, skirts, shorts, hats, and much more, including our Limited Edition Weathered Ground Anniversary tie dyes! Come out Saturday and let’s celebrate all their hard work over the years!

We let this leggy lady out and about in the ‘dirt bin’, the other night — she has always roamed and wandered her enclosure so we like to let her ‘run around’ in our large substrate bin every once in a while (with supervision of course😆)

This gorgeous New World species is ALWAYS out on display and packed with plenty of sassy attitude, making for a great addition to any collection! We currently have a couple of sub-adult/adult confirmed females available in-shop with their full set-up — Stop in and check them out!
