When I get asked how/why I started this business. This is my why…

His name was Cody. He was the best friend. Kind and gentle spirit. My big teddy bear. When it came time to make the heart wrenching decision to help end his suffering, we did the only thing we knew. Call a local vet, set the appointment, take him in and they will take care of the rest. It all happened so quickly. It was so painful for him to get in and out of the car. He hated the vet office. He was terrified. I sat next to him on the cold floor. Held onto him until he took his last breath. Signed a few forms. Given only 2 options… do you want his remains or not? And that was it. We left. I don’t know where he went. I don’t know how he was handled. I don’t remember if I chose to have him back or not. But I never got him back. I have no idea where his ashes went. And that was that. That was the end of his story.

It doesn’t have to be that way anymore. You have options. You have choices. There is a better way.

At Serene Waters Pet Cremation, we offer pre planning, many personalized cremation and keepsake options. Communication throughout the entire process. We will work directly with you or vet of your choice. Your pet is treated with dignity and respect through the entire process. We give you time to grieve and decide what works best for you.
