🐾 Pet Safety Tips for the 4th of July
• Keep Pets Indoors - Fireworks are scary for animals—keep them inside, preferably in a quiet, escape-proof room.
• Create a Safe Space - Set up a comfy area with their bed, favorite toys, and soothing music to help muffle loud noises.
• Skip the Party Food - Many 4th of July foods (like chocolate, onions, alcohol, corn cobs and bones) are dangerous for pets.
• Exercise Earlier in the Day - Give them a long walk or play session earlier so they’re tired by evening.

By following these simple tips, you can ensure your pets stay safe and comfortable during Fourth of July festivities. Enjoy the holiday responsibly with your furry friends!

If your pet requires a prescription for fireworks/thunderstorms and you need a refill, please call us by Weds. July 2 if possible in order to have your prescription ready for pickup! We will be closed for the July 4th holiday.
