As Kelly's Animal Hospital is preparing to close on July 15, we'd like to share some important reminders to help make your transition as smooth as possible.

Medical Records

• Our team will continue assisting with medical records requests through August 14. To request your pet's records, please email [email protected].

Prescriptions & Online Pharmacy

• Medication refill requests must be submitted by July 14.
• After July 15, our veterinary team will no longer be able to approve new prescriptions or authorize prescription refills.
• If you currently have an active, valid prescription through our online pharmacy, you may continue to order within the limits of that prescription until it expires. However, no new prescription requests or approvals can be processed after the hospital closes.
• If your pet requires ongoing medications or prescription food, we encourage you to establish care with a new veterinarian as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in treatment.

If your pet needs urgent or emergency care after our closure, please contact a nearby emergency veterinary hospital:

After careful consideration, Kelly's Animal Hospital will permanently close on July 15th
We are deeply grateful to the clients and families who have trusted our team with their pets’ care. Kelly's Animal Hospital will continue to see scheduled appointments through July 15th. and we will help clients access medical records and prepare for the transition to another veterinary provider.
