This stunning 3 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣 is as level-headed as they come. Colonel Freckles line. No Hancock or Blue Valentine. He is sound and solid standing at 15.1. He is 6 panel negative. Homozygous black and heterozygous roan. He has already had a full year of professional reining training and knows all the maneuvers. Soft, responsive, and willing—he’s ready to go in any direction.

He moves off leg pressure with ease and has a nice neck rein, making him handy for navigating gates and ranch obstacles. He’s been out on trail, rides confidently alone or in a group, and handles new environments with maturity. He even has a few tricks up his sleeve with a cued lay down. He’s had a rope thrown off him, has drug poles, and shows all the makings of a true all-around prospect. While he hasn’t been started on cattle yet, he’s got the build, mind, and athleticism to step into that role.

While a few bobbles kept them out of the money, Sadie handled the intensity and pressure of the futurity atmosphere with impressive composure. Suzanne is excited about the potential this young mare is showing and looks forward to what’s ahead.

We had an amazing show filled with big moments and exciting firsts!

🏆 𝙎𝙪𝙯𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨 and 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙯𝙠𝙚𝙮 aka Sadie (owned by 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧) marked a 70.5, placing 2nd in Green Horse and won their first money together—in just their second show! Congratulations to Suzanne and owner Catherine Wanner on this fantastic step forward. 🥳
