To ensure the best care for all of our patients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Timely arrivals help our team stay on schedule and provide the dedicated attention your pet deserves. Please remember, it is the client's responsibility to manage appointment times.
Due to the volume of no-shows and late appointments, going forward and as per our medical director and office manager, showing up late 15 minutes or more to your appointment may result in us having to reschedule your appointment and will also result in a 15 dollar late fee. If you expect to be late and provide a courtesy call, we will gladly waive any late-arrival fees and reschedule your appointment to your next earliest convenience.
Missed appointments without prior notice (at least 24 hours notice) will result in a charge equal to the exam fee.
We appreciate your understanding, and we understand things happen, but this policy helps us minimize disruption and ensure availability for all patients. Thank you!
