🐾 Veterinarian Spotlight: Meet Dr. Laura Badeski! 🩺💙

We’re excited to introduce Dr. Laura Badeski, who joined Precision Pet Urgent Care in 2024!

Dr. Badeski earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and International Development from McGill University before receiving her Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and completing a small animal rotating internship in Boston, MA.

After beginning her career as an Emergency Veterinarian, Dr. Badeski brought her passion for urgent and critical care to Precision Pet. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while partnering with pet owners to achieve the best outcomes for their pets.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, the beach, scuba diving, and hiking with her dog, Heidi 🐶

We are thrilled to announce that we are now offering EXTENDED HOURS on Thursdays and Fridays for urgent care appointments, select surgical procedures, and dentals! 🩺🐾

Starting this Friday, May 15th, our clinic will be open:
🕙 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Thursdays and Fridays

Urgent care appointments are available by:

💻 Online Booking
🚶 Walk-In

Please note:
🦷 Dentals and surgical procedures must be scheduled by phone in advance to guarantee availability.

Some of the common conditions we see include:
• Vomiting & diarrhea
• Limping
• Eye squinting or discharge
• Skin & ear irritations & allergies
• Broken nails
• Lacerations & bite wounds
• Coughing/sneezing
• Toxin ingestion
• Not eating
• Fever
• Lethargy
• End of life care
• And more!

🐾📚 Meet a Veterinarian with Dr. Laura Mahoney! 🩺🧸

We’re excited to share that Dr. Laura Mahoney will be hosting a special veterinary-themed storytime at the Plainville Public Library - Massachusetts!

Bring your little animal lovers (ages 2–5) and their favorite stuffed animal for a fun morning of stories, games, and hands-on pretend veterinary care. Kids will have the chance to practice their “vet skills” using bandages and vet tools while giving their stuffed friends a little TLC. 🐶🐱❤️

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We also recognize the courageous military and working animals who served faithfully alongside them offering loyalty, protection, comfort, and unwavering dedication.

As we reflect on the meaning of Memorial Day, we also want our community to know that Precision Pet Urgent Care is open today from 12:00pm to 6:00pm to care for pets in need of urgent medical attention. Our exotics doctor is in today as well!
