📣Important Online Pharmacy Transition/Autoship information📣
As previously announced, we have transitioned to a new & improved online pharmacy ordering platform!
For those of you who currently have AutoShip set up through our previous pharmacy, you should have received a text and/or email with instructions on how to create your new account and transfer your AutoShip to the new platform.
Please note: you must also log in to the OLD pharmacy platform to cancel your previous AutoShip subscription. While we have been doing our best to proactively cancel these on our end, unfortunately the old platform does not make this process easy for our team to complete for every account.
To cancel your old AutoShip:
• Log in to the previous pharmacy platform using this link: https://franklinvet.covetruspharmacy.com/
• Select “Manage AutoShip”
• Scroll down and choose “Cancel AutoShip”
We kindly ask that you double-check that your old AutoShip has been canceled to help prevent receiving unwanted shipments.
If you currently order from another online pharmacy such as Chewy or PetMeds, etc, you will also receive a message about switching to our new online pharmacy platform, where you can enjoy competitive pricing, great savings, and convenient AutoShip options!
