🌟 5 Years of 7Tier Design 🍾
Here we are and I really can’t believe how fast time has gone! No way has it been that long already…
It’s hard to reflect on the past and what you’ve accomplished when you’re constantly thinking about what needs to happen next. It was never in my plan to own a business or work for myself, at least for another 10+ years.
I remember when I started, thinking this is going to be demanding: hard work, long days, stress, all-consuming. I didn’t have a 5-year plan, but I was doing my best to prepare for anything and everything. Then I landed my first client just 2 months in. They gave me 2 projects to start and invited me on their company jet to see their properties.
Fast forward, that first client is now a repeat client and we’ve completed 11 projects together with 12 projects currently in progress. We completed our first new-build custom home this year and gained 4 new residential clients. That’s just scratching the surface.
This 5th year has been the most rewarding but most challenging. It’s been a year of reevaluating our business and growth. Figuring out how to scale and what that looks like, navigating industry changes, fine-tuning our brand, keeping up with marketing & social media — all while trying to stay inspired and deliver top-tier service to each of our clients.
To everyone who’s supported and continues to support us — from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I have immense gratitude for each of you. You keep us going on the hardest days and that’s so important to us.
We still have so much to learn and improve on. There are some exciting things coming and we’re looking forward to new projects, partnerships, & collaborations.
So I guess here’s to the next 5 years…
We’re just getting started!
