We are making a few changes over here and wanted to make everyone aware.

We now have a client agreement form (pictured below) that we are having everyone sign, for your pets safety as well as ours.

Secondly, starting May 1, we will be implementing no-show and late fees. We truly value each and every one of our customers and strive to provide the best service possible.
We completely understand that unexpected things come up, and we always appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy helps us respect the time of me and my employee as well as other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. To keep running the business efficiently while still making a profit, we can no longer accept no-shows and showing up late without charge. To put into perspective last year we had 120 no-shows and lost out on $7,345 because of them. So even though it may not seem like a big deal to not show up to your appointment, it starts to add up fast. We will begin to charge a %50 no-show fee. A no-show fee will also be charged 15 minutes after the appointment time and the dog will not be groomed.

Each blade is a different length, and has their own use during the grooming process. Different styles and lengths of haircuts also require certain lengths of blades, so we use a variety of blades each day.
