🌟🐾 Windy Ridge Featured Pets of the Month 🐾🌟

This month we're shining the spotlight on two lovable members of the Mastbergen family: Sissy and Ollie!

❤️ Sissy is a 5-year-old girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Every day she welcomes her family home with enthusiastic jumps, hugs, and happy cries. She loves snacking on cucumbers, zucchini, and sweet potato treats, and nothing makes her happier than a car ride. In fact, if a car door is open, Sissy is convinced she's going somewhere!

Sissy has a few adorable quirks that make her extra special. She loves being tucked into bed just like a person and even sleeps with her own pillow. And while she weighs about 65 pounds, she still believes she's the perfect lap dog! She's also very protective of her place in the family and isn't thrilled when her "brother" steals the spotlight.

💙 Ollie is the younger sibling, celebrating his first birthday this year. He greets his family with pure excitement, carrying as many toys as he can fit into his mouth at once. His favorite snack? Whatever Sissy happens to be eating!

When he's not soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a walk, Ollie is usually finding ways to keep life interesting. At just 5 months old, he underwent emergency surgery after swallowing a corn cob he discovered in the yard. Then on Christmas Eve, he managed to eat 18 dough rolls from the counter! Thankfully, after a quick visit to the vet, he was feeling much better and back to his playful self in no time.

Together, Sissy and Ollie keep the Mastbergen family laughing, smiling, and on their toes every day.

🎓 Congratulations to our Windy Ridge family graduates, Carmen Wiese and Olyvia Weber! We are so proud of you both and excited to celebrate this incredible milestone and the journeys ahead. 💙

✨ Carmen plans to attend the University of South Dakota in Sioux Falls to pursue Nursing.

✨ Olyvia plans to attend South Dakota State University majoring in History, with the ultimate goal of becoming a museum curator.

Your futures are bright, and the best is yet to come. Congratulations, girls! 🎉

Jaden has recently joined WRVC to assist with the IVF team, in-house lab testing, and customer service. After 10+ years working in academic veterinary research, Jaden is excited to bring her experience back to her hometown. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Maggie.
