We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join the Pearl River Veterinary Hospital team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service during check-in and check-out, manage phone calls, facilitate communication between clients and medical staff, and schedule appointments efficiently.

Whoever said it takes a village is so right!!

Meet one of our beautiful patients, Denali, who can be a typical Husky. That party hat (AKA muzzle) was helping to control the 🎶 musical 🎶 notes that he was singing. We think he just wanted every technician (plus a kennel tech and a receptionist) to be loving on him!

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team. You would be working a set schedule an average of 23 hours a week.

You will greet and check in clients, answer phone calls, interact with the staff and doctors to help us care for our patients and clients, check out clients, schedule appointments, note communications in the medical records, and help the team with ensuring a great experience for our patients and clients.

Do you have blankets or towels laying around looking for a new home? Please consider donating them to us to keep our friends warm at night. Our blankets have been used (and abused) by the cutest boarding dogs and need to be replaced.

We are here Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm and the first two Saturday’s of the month 8am to noon.
