Getting calida used to feeling me but not seeing me, she's always been a watchful one from day 1 when I got her so for me to be behind her touching her is a big deal for her and she's doing amazing ❤️

I'm off my other job sick so I brought myself outside to work with my star girl calida! Shes come a long way from feral and untouchable to now taking a saddle. Not yet ready for riding yet though

Yesterday was farrier day for the new girl however she didn't allow for it fully so wed farrier will be back.

And normally I do wait till feet can be picked up no issues but due to the state of her hooves it was an emergency and I did explain to my farrier the situation so she was aware. So as always thank your farriers because not a lot will help with problem horses🙏🏻❤️
