I bet you didn't know this.💥
I've made this mistake before.
Using bleach to clean mold on your grout doesn't work. It actually makes the mold angry and grows even deeper. It is not effective at killing mold on porous materials.
Bleach makes the color go away but not the mold🤯
👉🏼3 OPTIONS:
•spray on straight vinegar, vinegar can kill about 82% of mold spores, you have to spray on and let sit until dry...walk away for an hour
•hydrogen peroxide, it acts by releasing oxygen at a quick rate, which kills mold by oxidizing the surface, breaking down proteins and DNA
•replace your grout, if it's really bad, the best solution is to rip it out and try again

Moral of the story, clean your grout on a regular basis so you don't have to resort to those solutions.

What’s the worst piece of advice you ever got?

When my babes were little, I was always told to let them “cry it out”.

I quickly realized that these Little’s NEEDED me, they relied on me for comfort and reassurance.

I threw that advice out the window and co-slept with all the kids until they decided they were done.

For some, that was only 3 months and for others it was 9 months.

One of the biggest misconceptions people have about making money online is that it is easy and doesn’t require a lot of work.

If you’re hearing someone say that, run fast. Just like any business, whether online or brick and mortar, you do have to put in time and effort every day.

When you put in time and effort, you will see the fruits of your labor. There is no easy, get rich, quick scheme out there.

When I first started selling Norwex nine years ago, I told myself I am not a sales person, and I don’t know how to sell. The reality is, conversations = sales.

When you can talk about a product that works and you love it, the sales come naturally. If you can’t stand behind your product and have full belief in it, you will not sell anything.

Here are the first three steps you can take when starting your healthy home journey to reduce toxic chemicals, and improve your quality of life:

1) take a look at the ingredients in your personal care products and decide what you can keep and what you need to swap out

2) take a look at your cleaning supplies, you don’t have to clean like your grandma did, you have choices

3) look at what is taking up space in your home and decide to simplify and remove what is adding clutter and collecting dust

When you have more stuff in your home, it collects more dust, which is filled with chemicals. It can be a huge respiratory irritant.
When our son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and we had started eight therapies a week, I had to take a good look at our home environment. I wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything that was hindering his progress.

Working in the hospital, I was prone to doing a lot of research, and I found lots of helpful websites along my journey, but one of the easiest to maneuver is ewg.org.
