The local veterinarians of Loving Care Animal Hospital proudly serve pet parents in Palatine, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Mount Prospect, Hoffman Estates and the surrounding area. We are open five days a week, and our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, microchipping, health and travel certificates, nutrition and weight management, allergy and dermatology, euthanasia, x-ray, in-house lab, parasite testing and prevention, dental, surgery including spay and neuter, foreign body removal, mass removal, amputation, cystotomy procedure, gastrointestinal procedures, laser surgery, acute and chronic pain management, and more.

🧡 Anne, our Inventory and Accounting Manager, keeps things running behind the scenes and steps up front whenever backup is needed! She makes sure we have the medications, food, and supplies our patients need and has worn many hats over her years at LCAH. We appreciate her versatility and dedication!

🦎 Dr. Merrill, our exotics veterinarian, is a fan favorite who cares for animals of all shapes and sizes! He helps our unique patients live their healthiest lives, and we’re so grateful for the expertise and compassion he brings to our team.

🐾 Dr. Lovell, our amazing full-time veterinarian, is another fan favorite! She loves getting to know her patients and clients, building meaningful relationships that support compassionate, lasting care.

💙 Dr. Carlson, our Medical Director and the founder of Loving Care Animal Hospital, has been serving Palatine and the surrounding communities for 27 years! She has built an amazing hospital filled with people who truly love what they do—and it shows!
