That guilty face… the side look… the “It wasn’t me” energy. 😅

But here’s the truth, they’re not actually feeling embarrassed like we do. 💛

Those looks are usually your dog trying to ease tension or say,
“Hey… I don’t want trouble!” 🫶

It’s less about guilt… and more about communication. 🐾✨

Please welcome our new Practice Manager, Jen!

Jen has spent her entire life working with animals and brings a wealth of experience in shelter medicine, animal welfare, and veterinary medicine. Over the years, she has also owned and rehabilitated many animals of her own. She has a special soft spot for underdogs and bully breeds, and her favorite cat breeds are Maine C***s, Sphynx cats, and Scottish Folds. Jen’s experience also includes caring for exotic and farm animals, and she shares her passion for animals at home with her daughter.

As she steps into her new role, Jen is taking time to truly get to know Loving Care and the strong culture we have built. She is excited to learn more about our mission and help us continue to grow while providing excellent patient care.

Jen is looking forward to meeting everyone!

Meet Lou, our pet of the day!

Lou is here for an exam with Dr. Carlson 🧡💙

Lou is nice and comfortable in our cat only exam room, with a nice comfy towel spritzed with feliway spray!

Our cat room has a plug in with the feliway product all throughout the day, and all the towels your cats sit on in the exam rooms will have the feliway on it as well. Feliway is a natural, odor free product that produces the natural pheromone to make them feel safe!

Looks like Lou is definitely feeling comfy 🥰😻

🐾 Living with a pet means:

You sit down → they need attention
You lie down → they decide it’s playtime
You eat → they appear out of nowhere 👀

Personal space? Never heard of it. 😅

But the second they sit quietly next to you…
everything just feels right. 💖
