Are you drinking your coffee too hot and not getting its full flavor?

Take the cool cup challenge and see what you may be missing.

Brew a cup like you normally do in an open mouth mug (no travel mugs). Take a sip or two. Let it sit 5 min, take a sip or two. Let it sit 5 more min and take a few more sips. See what you notice as the coffee cools. You should taste more flavor with cooler coffee.
