This awareness week was created to help break the stigma around adopting or caring for deaf dogs. Many end up in shelters simply because people don’t understand how to communicate with them. With training, hand signals, and lots of love, deaf dogs can thrive just as much as any other pup. 💕

It’s Truly’s last day here at VCA Ponti, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re also so excited for the new adventures ahead of her! She has been in the veterinary field for nearly 5 years and has brought kindness, dedication, and a bright spirit to our team every single day.

We will especially miss her wonderful and fun window painting designs that always brightened up the clinic and made everyone smile. 🖌️🎨

As the first point of contact, our CSRs play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for both our clients and their pets. From answering phone calls and scheduling appointments to helping clients with questions and supporting our veterinary team, this position is key to keeping our hospital running smoothly. 🐶🐱✨

💡 Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required. What matters most is a passion for animals, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. We’re happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.

We’re so excited to welcome this beautiful 12-week-old German Shepherd puppy to the VCA Ponti family! 💕 Kallie did amazing for her boosters today—such a brave girl!
