☃️ Daily Balance Clients — Winter Housekeeping Update ☃️

As winter is already here, we have a few important reminders to help keep pick-ups and facility interactions smooth, safe, and warm for everyone:

🐾 Pick-Up Etiquette
Pick-ups are our busiest time of day! To avoid anyone waiting in the cold, please make your pick-up as quick as possible. If you have training or scheduling questions, we kindly ask that you save them for:
✔️ drop-off in the morning, or
✔️ throughout the day via message/phone call.

🐕 Parking Lot & Facility Safety Rules
As you exit the building and head to your car, please remember:
• Keep your dog in a heel position, under control, and not interacting with other people or dogs outside.
• Please do not pet, talk or engage with dogs that are not yours, even in the parking lot.
We have many sweet pups working through different behavioral challenges, and this helps us keep everyone safe and make all interactions positive and uninterrupted.

🛁 Bath Update During Cold Weather
On very cold days, we may pause our bath services. It is not safe to send dogs outside damp, even slightly, in freezing temperatures.
Thank you so much for understanding this seasonal safety policy ❤️

🚽 Potty Reminders
• Some dogs may be hesitant to potty in extreme cold.
• Please allow extra bathroom time before and after training/school, especially those chilly mornings & nights.
• And remember to give extra potty opportunities at home too!

I also want to say that I am incredibly thankful for our staff, especially this time of year. We are open 365 days a year, and we care for dogs every single day of the year. It truly takes a dedicated staff to make this happen. There is no such thing as days off in our industry. I am so appreciative of the love & care and true passion that our staff has for your dogs 💞🐾

Our beautiful Isla turned five today! She celebrated in true Isla style, eating cake, lounging like a queen, and hanging out with all her best friends. 💕
