Earlier this year, one of our dogs was diagnosed with IMHA. For those who don't know the mortality rate is very high when solely relying on corticosteroids to suppress the immune system, and then being reactive as other parts of the body need help functioning properly b/c of the large amount of corticosteroids it's trying to work through and flush out.
