Ear infections are the worst, but we're here to help! First, we get a swab from the infected ear so we can see what sort of bacteria or yeast is growing in there. That helps us determine which medication will be appropriate to treat your pet. Then, we'll clean the ears before applying the medication. We can even prescribe good ear cleansers that you can use at home once the infection is cleared. If allergies are the main root of your pet's ear trouble, we can help figure out the best way to manage it so they won't occur as frequently. Don't hesitate to reach out if your dog is scratching their ears or shaking their head excessively, or if you notice odor or redness.
