After Dr. Fischer's retirement, she passed her torch on to Dr. Mike and his amazing team. Our three veterinarians, Dr. Mike Richards Practice owner, Dr. Kyle Ihnken, and Dr. Megan Scott, have over 26 years of combined experience. In addition to the doctors, we have

an exceptional staff: Sarah, Kate, Olivia, Dawn, Cherlyn, Lindsey, Alexis and Katie to meet the needs of our clients and patients. Take a few minutes today to:
✅ Verify your pet's microchip is registered.
✅ Update your phone number, address, and emergency contacts.
✅ Make sure your pet's collar and ID tag are current, too.

Even indoor pets can slip outside unexpectedly, and having current information can make all the difference in a happy reunion.

Many Bordetella vaccines are labeled for one year, but at Arch Animal Hospital West, we recommend a Bordetella booster every 6 months as the gold standard for dogs with an active, social lifestyle.

Your dog may benefit from more frequent protection if they:
🐾 Go to dog daycare
🐾 Visit the dog park
🐾 Stay at boarding facilities
🐾 Visit the groomer regularly
🐾 Take frequent neighborhood walks where they interact with other dogs

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Lindsey 🌟

Meet Lindsey, our Lead Veterinary Technician and Registered Veterinary Technician who has been part of the Arch Animal Hospital West team for 7 years!

Lindsey’s favorite part of her job is phlebotomy, but what she loves most about veterinary medicine is getting to watch her patients grow through the years and seeing them recover when they are sick. She loves being part of their journey and celebrating the progress they make along the way.

One of Lindsey’s favorite things about working at Arch Animal Hospital West is the positive energy of our team. Her dedication, compassion, and knowledge make her an incredible part of our clinic family.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys hiking, rockhounding, and playing video games. She is also a huge music lover with an impressive vinyl collection of over 400 records! She has studied both Spanish and ASL for years and loves learning new things.
Lindsey shares her home with her four pets: dogs Suki and Tanjiro, and cats Tux and Bean 🐾 Her cats have even been trained to come running for treats when they hear a certain song!

Fun facts about Lindsey:
🎶 Has a vinyl collection of 400+ records spanning every genre
🦕 Favorite animal is the Parasaurolophus
🥾 Loves hiking and rockhounding
