I will teaching Soul Painting at the D'Art in June - Let's get out of our head and into our heart.

Join us for a transformative artistic journey, where you will recognize and honor the beauty within every soul. Through guided meditation, reflective writing, and intuitive exercises, you’ll create a “soul painting”—a one-of-a-kind, color-rich expression of a being’s unique essence. This workshop is for those processing grief, healing from trauma, or seeking insight into their life’s purpose.

No artistic experience is needed; this experience is about self-discovery, insight, and honoring each soul’s unique “design”.

"Battle of the Voices" I
recently lost my voice going on 16 days now and a very close friend Kristen O'Meara, suggested I complete a "Soul Painting" about losing my voice and what that meant emotionally.
I needed to see and feel the emotions associated with my "voice" so I could release false beliefs and emotional wounds. After all - this what I do as a Soul Painter, but usually for someone else. I pull the inside emotions out in color and lines, so they can be felt and seen on the outside.
Still working on the writing part - but if this is what my voice's inner brilliance looks like. I have spent a lot of wasted time being self critical. Chalk it up to life contracts and releasing them for my soul's growth.
