🎆 FIREWORKS SEASON IS COMING! 🎆

For many pets, the Fourth of July isn’t a celebration—it’s one of the most stressful nights of the year. Loud fireworks can cause fear, anxiety, panic, and even lead pets to run away from home.

If your dog struggles with fireworks, NOW is the time to call your veterinarian. Anxiety medications work best when discussed and planned ahead of time, not at the last minute.

🏠 Keep pets indoors during fireworks displays.

🛏 Create a safe, comfortable space with their favorite bed, blanket, or crate.

🚪 Keep doors, windows, and gates closed and secure.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Crystal ✨

Our clinic Ninja!!! 🥷

Although Crystal isn’t originally from Oklahoma, she has proudly called it home for the past 8 years. She graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at Oklahoma State University in 2017 with dreams of working in large animal medicine. Life had other plans, and since graduating she has dedicated her career to small animal practice — and we are so thankful she did!

Crystal has been part of the Halo family for 3 years and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Whether she’s loving on puppies, brushing out a fluffy patient, or helping the team during a busy day, she always brings hard work, laughter, and compassion to the clinic.

Outside of work, Crystal stays busy with family activities, hobbies, and all the adventures life brings her way.

We are so lucky to have Crystal as part of our team! ❤️🐾
