With the upcoming wind storm on Friday, there’s still time to be proactive in keeping your pets safe!

🐾 Secure your yards- check fences for any weak spots, and make sure all gates are closed AND locked. Keep your pets inside if possible, and check the fences throughout the day!

🐾 ID tags with current phone numbers, rabies tags, and microchip tags are great resources for returning lost pets back home. Please make sure your pets are wearing their collars!

🐾 If your pet is not microchipped, please consider getting this done. If your pet is already microchipped, PLEASE verify their microchip is registered, and your contact information is current through the microchip company.
If you are unsure of their microchip number or status, please visit any veterinary office, Petsmart, Petco, etc, to have their microchip scanned, and obtain the number. From there, we can tell who the microchip is enrolled with.

Stay safe, don’t blow away, and hold on to your trampolines! 😋

UPDATE: Owners have been found!!!!

ANOTHER FOUND DOG:

This cutie was found around SW 59th and Mustang Rd, and does not have a microchip. Finder is holding for now, but we need to find this pup’s home!
Please help by sharing!

Also, PLEASE make sure your fences are secure, and gates are locked!

FOUND DOG:
This fuzzy guy was found off of SW 89th and Council (Mustang/OKC) this morning. He is not microchipped. He will be staying with the finder for now, but we need to find his family! Please share, and help us find his way home!

We are open this morning, but with a limited staff.

Road conditions are still not great this morning, so please do not get out unless you have to. But we’re here if you need us! 🤗

Owners have been found!!!

FOUND DOG:
This kiddo was brought in today after being found in the Homeland parking lot, on the corner of Mustang Rd and HWY 152. He was found wearing his harness and dragging a leash. He is not microchipped.
The finders can only hold for a few hours today, MAX.

Please share, and help us find this pup’s owners before the weekend! 🐾

Still looking for a date for Valentine’s Day? Reba and Garfield are full of love, and ready for the Valentine’s Day goodies!

Garfield will have to be the only cat in the house due to his health history, but does great with dogs! Him and Reba have a very fun relationship, and would do great in a house together!

Reba does great with older kids, cats, and most dogs. She would love a backyard to run around in!

Most of all, these kiddos just want someone to give them a chance for them to show just how awesome they are!

Posting for a client, who is helping a friend in need-

Elsie is 7 years old, friendly, sweet, playful, and gentle. Current on all shots and spayed. She has always lived indoors, and with women. She may be fine with other pets or other people, it just hasn't been tried. Time is short for finding Elsie a home, due to her owner passing away, and her daughter having to return home to Australia.

If interested in giving Elsie a new home, please message or call Mustang Animal Health, and we can get you in contact with Elsie’s current (but unfortunately temporary) caretaker!

We will be closing the clinic at 3:00pm today, due to the weather. Stay warm, and don’t get out if you don’t have to! We will keep you updated on clinic hours for tomorrow as the winter storm progresses.

Casca, Miles, and Garfield are definitely enjoying the snow day! We would love to see pics of your fur babies enjoying the snow, or being nice and toasty inside!

UPDATE! Pup is back with his owners!!!!

This little cutie was found running on 119th, between Cemetery Rd and Czech Hall, just outside of Mustang. He is not microchipped, and was not wearing a collar. Does anyone recognize this guy? He is currently safe with finder.
Please help us find his owners!
