Gunnar zzzzzz'ed out after an exciting first visit with lots of treats! But before he fell asleep, he told us to take a vacation because we looked tired too. So we took his advice (puppies r smart!). We're out of the office until August 12th. Happy Summer!

We are so proud of Eileen Martin -- her work is beautiful and inspiring! Had the opportunity to see her art installation at The Strathmore Mansion (in addition to the sneak peeks we get during visits to see her kitties at home). Definitely make time to visit Strathmore Mansion and see her show before it leaves at the end of the month. You won't be disappointed!

The Award for Gentlest Giant goes to Bode -- the most amazing Great Pyrenees-Irish Wolf Hound mix ever! He's currently receiving acupuncture for his hip dysplasia and will have both hips replaced once he's 2 yrs old. This boy is the luckiest pup!

Edit: we have found a fabulous forever home for sweet George. Thanks everyone for sharing and commenting!

Looking for a special home for one of my favorite patients. George is an almost 13 yr old Samoyed whose mom can't care for him anymore. He has arthritis, so receives monthly librela injections and acupuncture which helps, but he's also wobbly in the back end and falls sometimes. He would do great in a home with rugs and limited steps to navigate. He is the biggest love of a dog and wants nothing more than to be with people.
