This hospital wasn't built by one woman.
It was built by a team of women who show up every single day.
Women who comfort families through heartbreak. Who celebrate the first puppy visits and the final goodbyes. Who wipe tears, hold paws, answer late-night questions, and somehow still find the energy to make each other laugh.
We aren't fearless.
Some days we question ourselves. Some days we're exhausted. Some days our hearts feel a little heavier than the day before.
