This adorable girl, Molly Grace, stopped by for a quick heartworm check, and she couldn’t have been happier to see everyone. With her wagging tail, bright smile, and joyful personality, she certainly made our day a lot brighter!

Move over dogs…there’s a new leash pro in the building! 🐈♥️

This handsome boy strutted in for his appointment sporting his leash, and reminded us that orange cats have one of the best personalities. He was curious, confident and won us all over immediately!

🐥Sometimes a first visit can be a little overwhelming! After having a tiny accident during his trip here, Toby got wrapped up in our trusty duck towel for some cleanup and extra cuddles. We think he wore it quite well! 💛

🎉 Please join us in welcoming our newest Associate Veterinarian, Dr. Alyssa Parsio, to the Animal Hospital of New Albany team! 🩺🐾

Dr. Parsio is a Delaware County native who recently graduated with Academic Distinction from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her professional interests include nutrition, animal behavior, and client education, and she is passionate about helping pet families make informed decisions that support their pets' lifelong health and well-being.

Growing up involved in 4-H and FFA, Dr. Parsio developed a deep appreciation for animal care and the human-animal bond—values that continue to guide her approach to veterinary medicine today. She believes strong partnerships with pet owners are the foundation of exceptional veterinary care.

When she's not in the clinic, Dr. Parsio enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Phil, strength training, reading romance novels, and watching true crime documentaries. At home, she shares her life with two Australian Cattle Dogs, Beau and Harper Grace, and two cats, TinyTot and Pip.
